A national Buying Group Organization located on the Southwest side of Las Vegas is actively seeking a CONTROLLER to be a leader of their Accounting Team. This position will direct the Accounting Department and oversee the financial activities of the corporation. In their culture, this position will lead accounting practices and objectives that will emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards, and goal attainment.

SOME REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE;

• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. (Net Suite, Excel) as well as Microsoft Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Eight to ten years of experience in financial management required, with previous experience at Controller level of 3-5 years.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing an accounting team.


This is an ON-SITE EXEMPT (salaried) position of approximately 50 - 60 hours per week, with occasional work on weekends, as necessary with an annual salary of up to $175K (negotiable, dependent on experience).

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
