Process Engineer — Build the Future of High-Performance Technology

We’re seeking a full-time Process Engineer who’s passionate about transforming big ideas into large-scale production realities.

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day process and project management activities
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design and implement process improvements
Help scale production from pilot concepts to full manufacturing
Work closely under the guidance of senior engineers while contributing your own expertise
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in commissioning, process engineering, or industrial engineering with large-scale production equipment
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (required)
Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and computer systems
Vacuum process experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings, communicate clearly, and present information effectively
Physical & Workplace Expectations
Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout the workday
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good manual coordination and eyesight (corrected or uncorrected)
Comfort working around moving mechanical parts, electrical equipment, and chemicals (training provided for safe procedures)
