This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that’s pushing the limits of high-energy, high-temperature capacitor technology. We’re looking for a full-time Process Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and turning small-scale concepts into full production processes.

What the Work Environment Is Like
This role involves working around industrial equipment and mechanical systems. You’ll be on your feet at times, using tools, moving between work areas, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Training will be provided for safe handling of chemicals and electrical equipment.


What You’ll Do
• Support daily process and production improvement projects
• Work closely with senior engineers to refine equipment, workflow, and efficiencies
• Help scale pilot processes into high-volume manufacturing
• Contribute to troubleshooting, quality improvements, and process optimization

What We’re Looking For
• Five or more years in process, commissioning, or industrial engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of electrical or electronic systems
• Comfortable with computer systems
• Vacuum process experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate clearly
