Title: Contracts & Compliance Administrator – Civil Construction
Location: Seattle Area

About the Role:
We’re partnering with a well-established civil construction company supporting infrastructure and public works projects across the region. This is a team known for steady work, strong leadership, and a collaborative environment where people take pride in doing things right.

They’re looking for a Contracts & Compliance Administrator who enjoys keeping things organized, staying on top of details, and making sure projects are set up for success from a documentation and compliance standpoint. This role works closely with project teams and leadership, so communication and follow-through are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Support subcontract and contract administration from setup through closeout
- Track and maintain compliance documentation (insurance, licenses, certified payroll, etc.)
- Assist with change orders, subcontracts, and project documentation
- Partner with project managers and field teams to keep documentation current
- Monitor deadlines and ensure requirements are met across multiple projects
- Help prepare documentation for audits, public works, and internal reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related questions

What They’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, or project administration
- Background in civil construction, public works, or infrastructure projects is a strong plus
- Familiarity with certified payroll, prevailing wage, or L&I requirements is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and project documentation systems
