Key Responsibilities

- Support the bidding process by preparing, organizing, and tracking required documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage contract documentation, subcontractor qualification records, compliance files, and project records from bid through closeout.
- Maintain logs, tracking systems, and project documentation to support legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate document control.
- Monitor compliance with contractual requirements, public works requirements, prevailing wage standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Support project closeout by collecting, organizing, and maintaining complete and compliant closeout documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Location: Fresno, CA.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of related experience in contracts, compliance, project administration, accounting, business administration, or a similar support role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong document, spreadsheet, and tracking capabilities.
- Ability to learn new software systems and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- High level of attention to detail, ethics, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction-related environment.

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience with construction contracts, compliance administration, subcontractor documentation, or project records.
- Familiarity with California state and federal contract laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of California public works requirements and prevailing wage laws.
- Understanding of construction industry processes, project documentation, and compliance workflows.
- Strong ability to prioritize deadlines, manage multiple details, and support project teams with accuracy and professionalism.
