Operations & Provider Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and analytical professional to coordinate operational processes, provider initiatives, and administrative activities within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate projects, meetings, initiatives, and action plans.
Monitor operational metrics, reports, and administrative tasks.
Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and providers.
Support provider contracting and maintenance processes within company systems.
Assist with workflow monitoring and task coordination within the department.
Prepare and analyze reports related to operational and strategic initiatives.
Follow up on critical internal and external requests or situations.
Support training and operational development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in operations, provider relations, administrative coordination, or healthcare preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools.
