This role is responsible for reviewing contract documentation, clearing credit requirements, and ensuring the timely and accurate funding of transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Review and verify all contract and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
-Identify and resolve missing or incorrect documentation prior to funding
-Communicate with third-party originators, credit teams, and customers to clear funding conditions
-Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and funding procedures

Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to review and interpret financial and legal documents
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong customer service and phone communication abilities
-Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
