Contract Brand Designer

As a Contract Brand Designer, you’ll support a wide range of brand initiatives—from digital campaigns to event collateral—ensuring every asset aligns with our visual identity and communicates with clarity, consistency, and creativity.
This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office, with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and fellow designers to produce brand-aligned creative assets for digital, social, and print.

Translate brand strategy into visual concepts that are consistent, modern, and accessible.

Design event and campaign materials including presentation decks, signage, and motion graphics.

Work within established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to elevate our visual storytelling.

Manage timelines, revisions, and feedback efficiently across multiple concurrent projects.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design—ideally in fast-paced or tech-driven environments.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or web tools such as After Effects, Webflow, or HTML/CSS.

Strong balance of creativity, attention to detail, and brand consistency.

Comfort giving and receiving feedback within a collaborative, iterative design process.
