Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making processes run smoothly? We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse teams. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our contract management process—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
•Own the contract lifecycle: From setup to compliance, you’ll keep everything on track.
•Negotiate with confidence: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure terms that make sense for everyone.
•Be the go-to expert: Act as the liaison between operations and finance to resolve contract-related questions.
•Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor milestones, audit compliance, and recommend improvements to processes.
•Drive efficiency: Develop and enhance SOPs to make contract management seamless.

What We’re Looking For
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field) preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
•Industry experience in Oil & Gas or General Construction is a plus.
•Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
