OA Reference: Continuous Improvement Analyst
Main Role Function:
Identify areas for improvement in current processes using tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis, and flowcharts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in operational and administrative processes.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Establish performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
Prepare and maintain updated documentation related to processes, procedures, and improvement results, including user manuals.
Conduct training workshops or sessions for staff on both continuous improvement methodologies and changes made to processes.
Develop and participate in internal process audits to identify deviations and propose solutions.
Ensure efficient communication to achieve objectives.
Ensure the implementation of initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Deliver results in the form of performance indicators.
Comply with the design and execution of the audit plan.
Perform any other tasks as required by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2 or more years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Management, or Quality.
Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other methodologies.
Basic proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
