Key Responsibilities
Content & Production Coordination
? Coordinate production workflows for books, devotionals, curriculum, church campaigns, video training, leadership resources, digital downloads, and ministry deliverables.
? Create and maintain production schedules, asset trackers, deliverable lists, and project timelines.
? Track creative assets, drafts, scripts, outlines, graphics, videos, print files, curriculum documents, and final deliverables.
? Help move resources from concept to draft to review to final production.
Creative & Vendor Coordination
? Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, video teams, print vendors, web support, contractors, ministry partners, and internal leadership.
? Manage vendor communication, quotes, timelines, file handoffs, production specifications, and delivery details.
? Coordinate video production logistics such as scripts, schedules, shot lists, locations, talent, edits, files, and final deliverables.
? Identify missing assets, delayed approvals, unclear instructions, and production bottlenecks.
File, Asset & Deliverable Management
? Organize, format, proof, route, and track content through review and approval stages.
? Maintain organized digital files, naming conventions, version control, and final asset libraries.
? Help prepare content for publication, client delivery, web upload, digital distribution, print production, or campaign use.
? Communicate clearly across departments and stakeholders to keep production moving forward.
Required Qualifications
? Experience in production coordination, content coordination, publishing support, creative project coordination, marketing coordination, media production, curriculum support, or a related role.
? Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
? Ability to manage multiple production deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
? Strong communication skills with creative professionals, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
? Comfort with digital file organization, document management, version control, and production tracking.
? Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, calendars, and common collaboration tools.
? Ability to work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
? Strong follow-through and ability to keep projects moving through multiple stages.
? Comfortable working in a Christian ministry environment.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in Christian publishing, church curriculum, nonprofit communications, ministry production, video production, print production, or digital content development.
? Experience coordinating books, devotionals, small group curriculum, sermon resources, campaigns, training materials, or downloadable resources.
? Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, project management software, WordPress, online course platforms, print vendors, or digital asset management systems.
? Experience working with authors, pastors, ministry leaders, designers, editors, videographers, and printers.
? Understanding of creative production timelines, review cycles, proofing, approvals, and final delivery processes.
? Experience supporting both print and digital publishing workflows
