Responsabilidades principales:
-Atender llamadas entrantes (inbound) y orientar a clientes sobre viajes aéreos, y terrestres.
-Realizar ventas de paquetes, excursiones y servicios vacacionales.
-Mayormente vende paquetes all inclsuive (Ej, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Mexico, Cancun, Costa Rica, etc)
-Gestionar cotizaciones, pagos, modificaciones y cancelaciones.
-Asesorar sobre requisitos y documentación de viaje.
-Manejar quejas y situaciones de clientes de forma rápida y efectiva.

Requisitos:
-Experiencia en centros de llamadas (preferible).
-Experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente.
-Excelentes destrezas de comunicación.
-Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés
-Manejo de computadoras.
-Grado Asociado preferiblemente.
