Construction Superintendent – Oil & Gas Services

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for a company specializing in construction and land management services within the oil and gas industry. This role requires hands-on leadership experience managing crews, equipment, and projects such as drill pad and road construction, heavy hauling, and reclamation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily field operations across multiple job sites

Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution

Oversee projects including drill pad construction, access roads, heavy hauling, and reclamation work

Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies

Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality of work

Communicate closely with project managers, clients, and field teams

Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues promptly

Requirements:

Strong superintendent experience in oil & gas construction or related heavy civil construction

Proven background in drill pad construction, road building, heavy hauling, and/or reclamation

Experience leading crews in fast-paced, demanding field environments

Solid understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have proven superintendent-level experience in oil & gas or heavy civil construction environments.
