We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to support complex, large-scale projects across the Lower 48. The ideal candidate has a strong background working for a general contractor or construction company, with proven expertise in developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules for multi-phase construction projects.

Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Perform critical path analysis, identify risks and delays, and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.

Develop look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and schedule forecasts for leadership teams.

Update and maintain baseline schedules, ensuring all changes are properly documented.

Support planning efforts during preconstruction, project kickoff, and ongoing field operations.

Present schedule updates and findings during project meetings and status reviews.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction scheduling for a general contractor or large construction firm.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).

Experience scheduling large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

Experience supporting projects in the Lower 48 market.

Familiarity with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
