?? NOW HIRING: Quality Control Manager – Vertical Construction (Federal/DOD Projects)
Location: Yuma, Arizona or Fallon, Nevada (relocation package offered)

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance and control on large-scale vertical construction projects, including federal and DOD work. If you’re a detail-driven construction professional with deep knowledge of QC processes, safety standards, and documentation requirements, this is your opportunity to join a top-tier project team.

?? What You’ll Do

Lead all quality management functions to ensure safe, compliant, efficient project execution.

Oversee inspections and maintain accurate, timely QC documentation and records.

Review specifications and project documents to determine scope, requirements, and planning needs.

Manage QC processes including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts.

Develop and implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans and Quality Control Plans.

Execute the USACE three phases of control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.

Collaborate with Site Safety to ensure adherence to EM 385-1-1 and all safety procedures.

?? Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.

8+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager on similar vertical construction projects.

2+ years specifically as a QC Manager.

Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.

Current Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification.

? Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large ground-up Military/Federal/DOD vertical construction.

Proficiency with Procore for document control.
