Position Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in concrete or structural construction to oversee multiple projects from start to finish. This role requires someone who can operate independently, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects from inception through completion
Handle project submittals, procurement, and documentation
Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance requirements
Prepare and track RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders
Attend on-site meetings and provide regular project updates (daily/bi-weekly)
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on track financially
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Qualifications
3–5+ years of construction project management experience (concrete experience strongly preferred)
OSHA 10 certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
