A Construction Project Manager is needed for a direct hire opportunity overseeing hotel renovation projects throughout the West Coast. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for keeping renovation projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. This is a travel-heavy position with company-paid travel expenses and scheduled long weekends home approximately every 3 to 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hotel renovation projects from pre-construction planning through project completion.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, hotel ownership, management, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor quality, safety, building code compliance, and company standards across active job sites.
- Identify project issues, resolve challenges quickly, and minimize delays or cost impacts.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while traveling extensively throughout the West Coast.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary up to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
- Direct hire position.
- Bonus opportunity every 6 months after the first year of employment.
- Company-paid travel expenses.

- 1 week of PTO after 1 year of employment.
- Scheduled long weekends home approximately every 3 to 4 weeks that do not count against PTO.
- Travel-heavy role supporting projects throughout the West Coast.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage hospitality renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and construction documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for hotel ownership, management teams, and project stakeholders.
- Travel extensively to active West Coast project sites.
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- 5+ years of hotel renovation, hospitality construction, or similar renovation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, project coordination, and field execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction or project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the West Coast.
- Must be able to live anywhere in the U.S. except California.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience managing hotel guestroom renovations, public space renovations, or occupied hospitality renovation projects.
- Experience working with national hotel brands, hotel ownership groups, or hospitality management teams.
- Strong subcontractor management experience in fast-paced renovation environments.
- Experience managing multiple active renovation projects across different locations.
