Job Summary

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in hotel renovation projects across the West Coast. This remote role requires candidates to work on PST hours, reside on the U.S. West Coast, and travel to project sites as needed. Candidates cannot reside in California.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee hospitality renovation projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client communication. This is a strong opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys leading complex, multi-site renovation work in a fast-paced construction environment.

This role offers the ability to work independently while partnering with internal stakeholders, field teams, and external partners. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment with clear project goals, active communication, and a focus on delivering quality renovation work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of hotel renovation construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution across multiple active job sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently.
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, building codes, specifications, and quality expectations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
- Travel to project sites as required to support field execution and client communication.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Remote role based on the U.S. West Coast with PST hours required.
- Must reside in the U.S. West Coast region and cannot reside in California.
- Project-based travel required.
- Travel expenses covered.

- PTO: 1 week after 1 year of employment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage full lifecycle hotel renovation construction projects across the West Coast.
- Lead project timelines, budgets, milestones, subcontractor coordination, and site execution.
- Oversee multi-site or multi-phase renovation projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and field personnel.

- Minimum 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Required background managing hotel or hospitality renovation projects.
- Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-phase construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and project documentation.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely, managing projects independently, and traveling frequently as required.
- Must be able to work PST hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing hospitality renovation projects on the West Coast.
- Background in residential, commercial, hotel, or office construction environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule control.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to represent project progress professionally.
