Company is a leader in high-quality concrete products and services, serving contractors, municipalities, developers, and utilities. With a growing portfolio and strong industry reputation, we specialize in everything from precast concrete and structural components to retaining walls, utility structures, and large-scale commercial solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive them from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from inception to closeout
Oversee submittals, procurement, and project documentation
Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance requirements
Prepare and track RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders
Attend on-site meetings and provide regular project updates (bi-weekly and daily reporting)
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success

Qualifications:
3–5 years of construction project management experience (concrete experience highly preferred)
OSHA 10-Hour Certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
