Construction Project Manager
Location: Bellevue WA
Schedule: Full time, 100% onsite
Eligibility Requirement: Only applicants who currently live in Washington State will be considered

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects in Bellevue. This is a 100% onsite role that requires strong project planning, field coordination, and clear communication. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality standards while maintaining a professional presence on the jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Oversee subcontractor performance and daily onsite activity
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and local agencies
• Conduct site inspections to verify progress, quality, and compliance
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support forecasting
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Resolve field issues promptly to maintain project momentum

Required Qualifications:
• Current Washington State residency
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and permitting
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with both ground up and tenant improvement projects
• Familiarity with Bellevue and Eastside permitting processes
