As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead our projects from concept to completion.
The Role
Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a passion for precision, leadership, and driving successful project outcomes? In this role, you will be the linchpin of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, from architects and engineers to subcontractors and clients, to turn blueprints into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure seamless communication and permit approvals
Manage procurement processes and material deliveries to maintain project timelines
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid to large-scale construction projects
Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in California
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend)
OSHA certification and knowledge of construction safety standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
