We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who values proven methods while embracing smart improvements to optimize workflow and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Lead and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams, fostering a respectful and safety-first environment.

Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reporting on milestones, and addressing any challenges promptly.

Manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders with an eye toward cost control and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep communication clear and expectations aligned.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and permitting requirements.

Implement best practices to continuously improve project delivery and team performance.

Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.


Qualifications:
Proven experience managing construction projects with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build strong working relationships.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working both in the office and on-site.

Proficient with project management software and tools.

Ability to adapt to changing project needs with a flexible yet disciplined approach.
