This will be for their Paints Division. Someone who has prior experience with Paint would be a great fit, however not a requirement. As a Client Project Manager, the following will be expected of you:
• Candidate will have preferred knowledge of all types of commercial painting projects.
o Estimating, bid portal processes, startup packages
o Working with building management, overseeing subcontractors
o Keeping the project within budget and on schedule
o Punch walks and project close out
o Maintaining and submitting required administrative documentation
• Experience with coordinating and overseeing following trades; painting; wall coverings, drywall installation / taping and mudding, epoxy and powder coating finishes
