Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Renton, WA. This role supports industrial facilities and infrastructure construction projects by helping project managers coordinate schedules, documentation, budgets, procurement, and communication from planning through closeout.

The Construction Project Coordinator will be a key link between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, solving problems, and helping teams deliver work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative project environment with experienced leadership, strong teamwork, and visibility across multiple phases of construction project delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Track project progress, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and documentation to help ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, purchase orders, and closeout documents.
- Coordinate communication among project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients to support timely issue resolution.
- Support procurement and logistics by obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking material and equipment deliveries.
- Monitor compliance with safety requirements, company procedures, project specifications, and documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $128,921 to $166,348 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support construction project managers with planning, scheduling, documentation, procurement, and project coordination.
- Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, materials, and action items to support on-time project completion.
- Coordinate project communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, meeting coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction coordination, project support, project administration, or a related construction project role.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of construction processes, terminology, project documentation, and field coordination requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, documents, and project details accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, follow-through, and commitment to maintaining accurate project records.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting industrial facilities, infrastructure, or complex commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, cost reporting, and project closeout processes.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar construction project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
