What You’ll Do:
Partner with Project Managers to plan, organize, and execute projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and key project details
Act as a central point of communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Track progress, monitor timelines, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and correspondence
Support budget tracking, cost control, and expense monitoring
Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections
Proactively identify issues and assist in resolving challenges as they arise
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator (construction industry preferred)
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project workflows
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
