Our client is builds luxury homes and is looking into adding another Project Coordinator with their Team!
What You’ll Do
* As a dual-function coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in both financial operations and permitting administration:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, job costing, and budget tracking for high-end residential projects
* Assist with financial reporting, invoice reconciliation, and vendor payment processing
* Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations
* Track permit status and coordinate with municipalities, architects, and project managers
* Maintain accurate records for both financial and permitting documentation
* Support the construction team by ensuring all permits are secured before key project phases
What You Bring:
* Experience in accounting or finance within the construction industry
* Familiarity with permitting processes in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and permitting platforms
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field preferred
