Construction Project Coordinator – Luxury Residential | Fort Worth, TX

We’re hiring a dynamic, in-person Construction Project Coordinator to support the Director of Business Administration at one of DFW’s premier luxury home builders. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role based in the Fort Worth office, where the average project budget is $5-7 million.


Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
Track budgets, selections, bids, RFIs, and purchase orders
Collaborate with Field Ops, Design/Build, and Estimating teams
Submit permits, manage vendor paperwork, and maintain organized project documentation
Provide administrative and accounting support, including invoice coding and QuickBooks job costing


Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years in custom residential construction project coordination
QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (Contractor Edition preferred)
Expert-level Excel (pivot tables, formulas, tracking)
Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction plans
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
