Are you detail-driven, Excel-savvy, and passionate about keeping large-scale construction projects on track? Join a dynamic Commercial Real Estate team in Atlanta as a Construction Project Coordinator and help manage the financial and operational flow of over 100 projects a year.
?? What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind successful tenant suite improvements and building renovations. You’ll work closely with accounting, vendors, and clients to:
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports that shape strategic decisions
Forecast and track job costs in collaboration with the Division Accounting Manager
Review, code, and reconcile project invoices and construction-related expenses
Close out completed construction projects—roughly 120 annually
Maintain airtight records, from work orders to insurance certificates
Create and manage project documents, including Notices to Proceed and Change Orders
Coordinate bid submissions and maintain master service agreements
??? Your Toolkit:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in job cost accounting or construction project coordination
Proficiency in JD Edwards (or similar job cost software)
Advanced Excel skills—you’ll be living in spreadsheets

Location: Atlanta, GA 30326 (100% in-office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Choose your 8-hour shift: 6am–2pm, 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, or 9am–5pm
Pay: $25–29/hour (Direct Hire)
