A construction company is looking for a TEMPORARY Receptionist/Admin to join their team for approximately 4 months starting at the beginning of August. Job duties include answering phones, screening calls, taking messages, filing, sorting and distributing mail, data entry, handling correspondence, emails, and other administrative duties as assigned.

This ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the same role, strong proficiencies in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as great oral and written communication skills. No job hoppers please.

This is a full-time, temporary position paying $18-$22/hr. depending upon experience. Position requires passing of a criminal background check.
