Our client, a well-established commercial construction company, is seeking a Construction Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join their team. They specialize in building high-quality, thoughtfully designed office spaces and have built a strong reputation for delivering on their commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing
- Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger activity
- Assist with reconciliations and reporting as needed
- Support job costing and project-related financial tracking (training provided)
- Partner with project managers and leadership to ensure smooth financial operations
- Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally within construction
- Strong A/P and A/R experience
- Familiarity with Sage (or similar accounting software)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and is open to learning new areas of the business
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment
