A growing construction organization in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Construction Office Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting project teams, coordinating office operations, and keeping construction workflows moving efficiently.

The Construction Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day office organization, supporting leadership, coordinating documentation, and helping field and office teams stay aligned. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of administrative or office management experience who wants to build a stable career in the industrial facilities and infrastructure construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations, administrative workflows, filing systems, supplies, and general office organization.
- Support construction project teams with documentation, reports, scheduling coordination, correspondence, and project-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with vendor, subcontractor, client, and internal team communications to ensure timely follow-up and accurate information flow.
- Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, expense records, and other administrative or accounting-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and help ensure compliance with company procedures and construction documentation requirements.
- Partner with leadership to improve office processes, support team productivity, and maintain a professional, well-organized work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $62,778 to $70,772 per year.
- Job type: Direct Hire.

- 3-5 years of office management, administrative coordination, or related professional experience.
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or project-based environments is strongly relevant.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests.
- Proficiency with common office software, document management, email, spreadsheets, and calendar coordination.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and follow established procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and comfortable supporting both office and field-based teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a construction office, contractor environment, or project administration role.
- Familiarity with construction documents, subcontractor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and job costing support.
- Experience with construction management software, accounting systems, or document control platforms.
- Ability to identify process improvements and help create more efficient administrative workflows.
