We are seeking a temporary Office Administrator for a construction company located in Escondido, CA!
Temporary until November 2025
$22-$25/hr DOE
The Administrative Assistant performs routine administrative functions including but not limited to answering phone calls, greeting visitors, assisting the accounting, safety, and payroll teams, administering the preliminary notice process, and maintaining paper and electronic files. This position acts as a liaison between callers, visitors, and staff, and is a support person to the administrative team. Under the direct supervision of the Controller.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Some proven and successful Administrative Assistant experience in Accounting, Engineering, Construction, Payroll, or equivalent experience, required
• 2+ years of college education from accredited degree program in Accounting, Business, Finance, Management, or relevant education, preferred
• Proficient with Sage, Salesforce, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Highly proficient in computer and data entry skills, Microsoft suite of applications, Adobe, collaborative meeting platforms, and general office equipment
• Other certifications and training may be required to further knowledge in the industry
