Join a well-established Orlando law firm as a Construction Litigation Paralegal. This fully in-office role (Mon–Fri, 8:30–5) provides comprehensive support to attorneys handling complex Florida construction litigation matters. You’ll manage case files, draft pleadings and motions, assist with trial prep, and coordinate with outside counsel and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, affidavits, and memoranda
• Manage electronic and paper case files, exhibits, and privilege logs
• Assist with trial preparation, courtroom readiness, and attend trials
• Conduct legal research and investigations
• Liaise with outside counsel, vendors, and court personnel
• Track and bill professional time accurately

Qualifications:
• Paralegal degree, certificate, or legal studies degree
• 5+ years law firm experience with Florida construction litigation
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys
• FRP preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and law firm case management/billing software
