Executive Assistant – Construction (Onsite)
$90,000–$105,000 | Full-Time | Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced construction environment. This role is highly visible and acts as a key partner to executives, managing complex scheduling, communication, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and priority coordination
Protect executive time for strategic planning and meetings
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action item follow-up
Arrange detailed travel planning and logistics
Support construction-related meetings and project coordination
Attend meetings and capture notes, decisions, and next steps
Manage expense reporting and administrative tracking
Coordinate events, meetings, and logistical planning as needed
Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted partner to leadership
Support special projects, reporting, and process improvements
Qualifications:
4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders
Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries preferred
Strong calendar management and executive scheduling experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, professional environment
Experience supporting project-based or operational teams is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000–$105,000 annually
