A premier luxury construction firm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to join their elite team.

This is a full-time, in-person role designed for a polished, resourceful professional with a strong foundation in high-end residential construction.

What Makes This Role Unique:
This is not your typical administrative position. You’ll be the strategic right hand to the Business Manager—playing a vital role in project coordination, executive support, office management, and accounting operations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of some of the most exquisite custom homes in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support and calendar management
Oversee daily office operations with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate project documentation and vendor compliance
Manage billing and accounting using QuickBooks Desktop: Contractor Edition
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure up-to-date certifications
Foster a culture of excellence and proactive problem-solving

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in construction or home building
Mastery of QuickBooks Desktop (Contractor Edition)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
