About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join a highly regarded insurance defense and construction litigation practice in Jacksonville. This role is ideal for attorneys with 5+ years of construction-defect experience who are ready to manage their own cases and handle trials.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle construction defect cases from start to finish
• Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and manage case strategy
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure high-quality representation
• Maintain accurate case records and billing (approx. 19,000 billable hours/year)
Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction defect litigation experience (25%+ of case load)
• JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license
• Strong trial experience and the ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• No major criminal history, bankruptcies, or driving issues
