A construction company in Vista, CA is hiring for Accounts Receivable/Contract Compliance position!
Temp to Hire, $34-$36/hr

Core Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage AR collections to help optimize cashflow.
Manage billings and change orders through Sage/Siteline software.
Develop and maintain positive Client relationships through open communication.
Manage Contract Compliance
Collaborate with other ICS team members to ensure efficiency of administrative operations.
Primary Duties (list is not comprehensive and priorities will change on a day-to-day basis):

Submit billing package according to SOV provided by PM through Siteline (syncing with GC Pay and Textura when necessary).
Issue direct invoices for work performed without contracts as directed by PM.
Manually enter/sync Siteline billings/adjustments in Sage, reconcile reports from both systems.
Receive & deposit payments, apply to billing in Sage, post & record for tracking.
Active collections for ALL billings and inform Controller of any issues or red flags.
Coordinate with AP to ensure efficient cash management.
Post joint checks in Sage, record for tracking and give to AP for processing.
Releases – collaborate closely with AP
o Track all vendor releases required for ICS to GC, upload if necessary to Textura, GC Pay

o Keep track of what needs to be paid for the prior month to get paid for the current month, working with Controller/AP to form strategic plan of action when necessary.

Provide AR Aging report for outstanding payments (over 60 days) for project reviews.
Manage AR cash projections.
Manage Contract Compliance (COI, prelim notices, bond requests), change orders, job set up/close out, entering budgets.
Hold other team members accountable.
