In this role, you will:

Conduct legal research and draft high-quality briefs

Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery. This includes the ability to take depositions in preparation for trial and examinations under oath.

Ability to litigate pre-trial motions.

Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and support

Collaborate closely with a team of skilled attorneys

Contribute to strategic case planning and client advisement

What we’re looking for:

4+ years of construction defect law experience
Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
Ability to work onsite between office and court appearances
A proactive, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
