Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator in Corona, CA. This role supports daily operations for a busy residential and commercial construction team, helping project managers and field staff keep documentation, scheduling, invoicing, and project coordination on track.
The ideal Construction Administrator is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers, field teams, and construction operations staff.
- Maintain, organize, and track project documentation, contracts, change orders, and related records.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, project coordination, and communication between internal teams and vendors.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Support job costing, budget tracking, and general project financial documentation as needed.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Location: Corona, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide administrative support for construction project managers and field teams.
- Track project documentation, contracts, change orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, vendor communication, and project coordination.
- Support job costing, budget tracking, and accurate construction recordkeeping.
- 3+ years of administrative experience in construction or a related field preferred.
- Experience with at least one of the following required: Procore, Bluebeam, or QuickBooks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative experience in residential, commercial, or office construction environments.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Experience supporting project managers, field teams, job costing, or budget tracking.
