About the Role
We’re hiring a Construction Accounting Manager / Office Manager to lead accounting operations and support day-to-day business functions for a growing construction company.
This role offers a mix of project accounting, payroll, and operational ownership, working closely with leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee AR/AP, billing, and collections
• Manage job costing, WIP, and cash flow
• Handle payroll (ADP preferred)
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Assist with office operations and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong in job costing, billing, and project accounting
• Experience with Procore, Textura, or similar systems
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
