We’re excited to announce six openings for the role of Conference & Events Coordinator in Seattle, WA! If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is your chance to shine. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating meetings, events, and hospitality services in a professional office setting. Your day-to-day will include setting up and breaking down conference rooms, arranging catered food and beverages, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks impeccable. Prior experience in catering or banquets is essential, and a high school diploma or GED is required. We’re looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or office services, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with a smile. You should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and pushing refreshment carts throughout the day. While the dress code is business casual, please note that there is no free parking onsite.
