ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Concierge Solutions Manager to help build and deliver a new, high-touch financial service experience for clients with $1M+ in assets. This is a relationship management and process excellence position — not a sales role. You’ll act as a trusted partner, helping clients navigate complex financial topics like tax services and estate planning, while coordinating with third-party professionals.
Your mission is to provide white-glove financial care, ensuring every interaction is personalized, seamless, and professional.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the main point of contact for clients’ tax and estate planning support.
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client goals and values.
Manage and refine processes to enhance the client experience.
Educate clients on financial concepts while maintaining a neutral, non-advisory stance.
Collaborate with tax, legal, and estate professionals as needed.
Deliver a premium, concierge-style experience across all client touchpoints.
Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU BRING
Active CFP® certification (required)
FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 (required)
4+ years in high-touch client relationship roles (UHNW or family office experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of estate, tax, charitable, and retirement planning
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
Experience in private banking, RIAs, or trust companies
Tech-savvy and comfortable in fast-paced, innovative environments
Background in policy creation or operational strategy a plus
