We are seeking a dependable and professional Overnight Concierge to join our team at a large residential building in Denver. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent service—even during quiet hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor building entrances and maintain a secure, welcoming environment overnight

Greet and assist residents and guests with requests or inquiries

Handle package logging, deliveries, and building access

Respond to resident concerns or emergencies appropriately and promptly

Conduct routine walkthroughs of the property and report any safety or maintenance issues

Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and common areas during the shift

Complete end-of-shift reports and hand-offs to daytime staff

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is preferred

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently overnight

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor at all times

Ability to pass a background check

Must be able to stay awake and alert throughout the entire shift
