Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402
Pay: Up to $25/hour DOE

? What You’ll Do
Jump into a variety of technical tasks that keep our workforce up and running:
Configure, deploy, and install PCs, laptops, peripherals, and corporate software
Build and maintain desktop and laptop images
Process returns for leased equipment and prepare outdated devices for donation or disposal
Maintain detailed inventory of hardware and components
Assist in selecting and standardizing corporate IT equipment
Serve as a backup for PC Support Specialists, helping end users troubleshoot issues
Document issues, fixes, and processes with accuracy
Support the creation and maintenance of IT procedures and best practices
?? What You Bring
Education:
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft certifications are a strong plus
Experience:
1+ year of hands-on IT support experience
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and imaging
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service
Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
