This Compounder/Blender Position Features:
Key Responsibilities
Select and stage raw materials (RM) required for batch production
Accurately weigh and measure materials according to batch specifications
Prepare, clean, and sanitize production equipment in compliance with cGMP standards
Execute batch manufacturing processes following Batch Tickets, SOPs, and work instructions
Perform production tasks including heating, mixing/emulsifying, transferring, and staging bulk product
Partner with Quality Control (QC) to ensure product quality and compliance throughout production
Assemble and maneuver equipment as needed to support manufacturing processes
Work collaboratively in teams to complete batch production efficiently and accurately
Prepare finished bulk for storage or transfer to packaging
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production and facility areas
Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
Ensure ongoing compliance with cGMP and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in blending, compounding, or recipe-based manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of cGMP regulations in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or personal care manufacturing environments
Familiarity with bulk batch processing and manufacturing workflows
Forklift experience is a plus (not required for temporary roles)

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs (frequently lifting 50 lbs)
Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors
Ability to push/pull up to 900 lbs using manual equipment
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching (including overhead)
Ability to climb step ladders as needed
Sufficient visual and auditory ability to safely perform job duties in an industrial setting
Work Environment
Manufacturing/production environment operating under strict cGMP guidelines
Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Standard full-time schedule (minimum 40 hours per week)
