Batching / Compounding Production Associate – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Training Requirement: Must be available to train on 1st shift

Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Batching / Compounding Production Associate to support 2nd shift production operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in batching, compounding, mixing, or blending within regulated manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing product batches, filling finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to strict quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately batch and/or compound products according to approved formulations and work instructions

Properly fill finished product into designated packaging

Follow all company policies, GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment per established schedules

Complete required production and batching documentation in a clear, accurate, and timely manner

Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory using an ERP system

Identify and report deviations from formulations, procedures, or quality standards

Work collaboratively with production, quality, and sanitation teams

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Prior experience in batching, compounding, mixing, blending, or manufacturing production strongly preferred

Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, or personal care manufacturing is a plus

Ability to follow detailed written formulations and procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
