Compliance Coordinator - Prevailing Wage

Job Title: Labor Compliance and Prevailing Wage (PW) Administrator
Reports to: General Manager

Job Requirements:
• Must have a complete understanding of State and Federal Prevailing Wage (PW) laws, Section 3, HUD, OCIP, DAS 140, and DAS 142 processing and reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of entering data and uploading files into website portals (e.g., LCP Tracker, eCPR, DIR California, etc.).

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all forms are uploaded to the correct website.
• Set up folders with the proper paperwork.
• Track invoices using Excel spreadsheets and ensure familiarity with formulas.
• Track, report, and process payments for all Union dues, Apprentice Training (CAC), and Benefit funds payments in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to multitask effectively.

Work Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday through Thursday), 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday).
• 1-hour lunch break.

Company Culture:
• The company was established 35 years ago, and they are a subcontractor for trash chutes that covers the region west of Texas.
• Employees work in individual offices in a very modern office environment.

Benefits:
• Upon permanent employment, benefits will start on the 1st of the following month once the employee works 30 days. So if they start on 2/15, their benefits would start 4/1.
