Job Title: Compliance Administrator
• Location: Hayward, CA. 94545
• Great Pay to $85K
Position Summary
Responsible for ensuring subcontractor compliance with all contractual and legal requirements prior to invoice approval. Works closely with the Compliance Manager and Accounting team to support timely payments, monthly close activities, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
-Review subcontractor compliance documentation prior to processing payments
-Process subcontractor invoices in coordination with Accounts Payable
-Support month-end close by ensuring timely approval or rejection of subcontractor costs
-Assist in resolving subcontractor disputes
-Respond to internal and external audit requests as needed
Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general data entry
-Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team
-Familiarity with construction industry practices, including California Lien Law
-Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements preferred
-Skilled at building relationships with trade partners and aligning with internal processes
