We are seeking a Community Manager - Onsite for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting the day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community in Riverside, CA. The Community Manager - Onsite will play an important role in keeping the property running smoothly, supporting residents professionally, and helping maintain a clean, well-managed park environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking for stability, community-based work, and the potential to transition into a permanent onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the manufactured housing park to help ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained community.
- Build positive relationships with residents and owners while addressing questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Monitor the property environment and coordinate or report maintenance needs as appropriate.
- Support compliance with community guidelines, policies, and general operating procedures.
- Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and management to help resolve issues efficiently.
- Promote a respectful and welcoming community atmosphere.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Part-time.
- Work location: Onsite in Riverside, CA.
- If hired permanently, the selected candidate will be provided a place to live onsite at no charge.
• Basic office computer skills including Excel, Word, ManageAmerica database and Email
• Attention to detail and neat penmanship
• Professionalism
• Customer Service attitude
• Maintenance of a thorough knowledge of federal law, state law, and local ordinances
applicable to Mobile Home Park industry
• Maintenance of federal, state and locally required certifications
• Ability to lift 50lbs (Maintenance)
• Valid California driver's license
“ON CALL” ROTATION
• You may be required to be on the “on call” rotation. On Call Rotation may involve
emergency service requests which must be responded to after hours and/or on
weekends.
