One of our clients in Central San Diego is currently seeking a professional and experienced Residential Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property.
This role is responsible for all aspects of property operations, including leasing, pricing strategies, resident retention, collections, payables, resident relations, office administration, contract and proposal review, property inspections, financial reporting, and the development and management of both operating and capital budgets. The Community Manager will also provide direct oversight of leasing, maintenance, and financial operations, working closely with the Maintenance Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure operational goals and performance objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of multifamily property management experience, including oversight of large-scale communities (400–500+ units preferred). Candidates should bring proven experience managing Class B assets or better, strong financial acumen with demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience, and an in-depth understanding of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
